<ul><li><p>Handle automation maintenance and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot PLC [Siemens], SCADA, Drives [Sinamics – ABB - Schneider], instrumentation, and automation systems.</p></li><li><p>Perform process programming and HMI development/modifications.</p></li><li><p>Support maintenance planning and execution.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot problems and implement Preventive &amp; Predictive Maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Handle technical issues through Root Cause Analysis.</p></li><li><p>Work on decreasing losses across processing operations.</p></li><li><p>Follow and achieve Production Line KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Follow up and control spare parts stock.</p></li><li><p>Develop the technical performance of Technicians through training and leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Very Good Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems, drives &amp; motors.</p></li><li><p>Very Good Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Drives, instrumentation, and automation systems.</p></li><li><p>Very Good Knowledge of communication protocols used between PLC &amp; Drives.</p></li><li><p>Very Good Knowledge of Medium Voltage / Low Voltage Systems, MV Transformers, and UPS.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge and awareness of HSE and LOTO Procedures in Industry.</p></li><li><p>BSc of Electrical Engineering</p></li><li><p>1 - 3 years of hands-on experience.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of both written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Leadership</p></li><li><p>Teamwork</p></li><li><p>Reporting</p></li><li><p>Presentation</p></li><li><p>Professional user of the Microsoft Office Package.</p></li><li><p>Preferable familiarity with ERP / SAP System.</p></li></ul><p></p>
