- ضمان مطابقة الكابلات ( ضغط منخفض ) للمواصفات الفنية القياسية ( IEC, BS, ASTM ) عبر فحص المواد الخام . <br>- مراقبة مراحل الإنتاج وإجراء اختبارات المعمل النهائية لضمان عدم وجود عيوب .&nbsp;<br>-&nbsp;إصدار تقارير المطابقة وتوثيق نتائج الفحص وإصدار شهادات الإفراج عن المنتج النهائي .&nbsp;<br>-&nbsp;تحليل العيوب واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في حال وجود كابلات غير مطابقة للمواصفات .<br>- المؤهل الدراسي بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية ( قوى وآلات ) .<br>- الخبرة من 2&nbsp;الى 5 سنوات في مصانع الكابلات .<br>- الدراية التامة بمواصفات الكابلات وأدوات القياس والمعامل .<br>- دقة الملاحظة ، التحليل ، وإجادة الحاسب الآلي .

<p><strong>Quality Planning &amp; Standards Compliance </strong> </p><p>-Develop and maintain quality control plans (QCP) for busway and panel production lines </p><p>-Ensure full compliance with IEC 61439-6 (busbar trunking systems) and IEC 61439-1/2 (panels/assemblies) </p><p>-Review technical drawings, BOMs, and datasheets for conformance before production release </p><p></p><p><strong>Incoming &amp; In-Process Inspection</strong></p><p> -Inspect raw materials (copper/aluminum bars, insulation, enclosures) against supplier specifications </p><p>-Conduct in-process checks: busbar dimensions, joint torque, insulation resistance, alignment </p><p>-Monitor critical parameters: Ipk ratings, short-circuit withstand (Icw), IP ratings, temperature rise</p><p></p><p><strong>Final Testing &amp; Type Tests</strong> </p><p>-Coordinate routine tests: dielectric withstand, continuity, insulation resistance, functional tests </p><p>-Support and witness type tests (thermal, IP, IK) with accredited labs when required </p><p>-Prepare test reports and certificates of conformity for clients</p><p></p><p> <strong>Non-Conformance &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><p>-Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) for NCRs and customer complaints </p><p>-Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with production and engineering teams </p><p>-Track quality KPIs (defect rate, first-pass yield, customer returns) and report monthly </p><p></p><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Certification </strong></p><p><strong>-</strong>Maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation and support internal/external audits </p><p>-Prepare inspection records and calibration schedules for test equipment (megger, torque wrench, thermal camera) </p><p>-Support Asta / type-test certification renewal processes </p><p></p><p><strong>Supplier &amp; Customer Interface</strong></p><p>-Conduct supplier quality audits and evaluations </p><p>-Handle customer quality complaints,-site inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> BSc in Electrical Power Engineering or related field </p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years quality engineering in LV switchgear/busway/panel manufacturing </p></li><li><p><strong>Standards:</strong> IEC 61439 (Parts 1, 2, 6), IEC 60439, ISO 9001 </p></li><li><p><strong>Certifications (preferred):</strong> ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical: </strong>Electrical schematics, busway sizing (Ipk, Icw), test equipment operation </p></li><li><p><strong>Tools: </strong>MS Excel (advanced), SAP QM or similar (plus), AutoCAD (reading drawings) </p></li><li><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Attention to detail, root cause analysis, cross-functional communication </p></li><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Arabic (native), English (fluent, technical documentation)</p></li></ul><p></p>
