Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing proposals for various projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and reliable project estimations.<br>Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs based on project drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Analyze project requirements, technical documents, and tender packages to develop accurate estimates. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify quantities, materials, and cost requirements. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams during the estimation process. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies to optimize project costs. Maintain and update cost databases, material prices, and estimation records. Identify potential risks, variations, and cost implications during the estimation stage. Ensure estimates are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in construction, contracting, or related industries. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Excellent skills in quantity surveying and cost estimation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br>Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale construction projects, landscape, stone works, facade, or finishing works is an advantage. Strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, follow-up, and long-term relationship building with key accounts.
