<p>The legal counsel will be responsible for counseling the business operations by giving pro-active, professional, competent, (cost) effective and creative legal support. The incumbent will collaborate with the management team and different functions within the company regarding legal risks and other issues related to the company’s businesses. Working closely with the head of the function, the legal counsel is responsible to provide pragmatic, commercially-based, solution-driven legal advice and assistance to Nextcare business and management teams across the region and its divisions, as well as ensure proper protection of the company’s interest at all times.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>
