<p>* Job PURPOSE: To promote the growth of CIB market, share through selling a value-adding financial products and services to achieve the set objectives and applying superior quality service to maintain and enhance CIB image. In addition to build and maintain relationship with existing & potential customers and handle all their requests/instructions effectively to provide competitive customer service. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Sales & Service 1. Provide customers with basic information on all Bank s products/services to increase Customer awareness & ensure a high level of quality service. 2. Achieve assigned targets/volume/attrition/x-sell/deep-sell for the branch in both assets and liabilities to ensure that targets are met through walk-in, relationship building and depending of existing customer base and companies as well as new to bank clients in a transparent & ethical way 3. Handle all account opening & it s related operations process including system input & data entry. 4. Track customers inflows and outflows and contact customers to seek information on reasons for unexpected patterns/behaviours to maintain better -quality service level and meet set budgets. 5. Ensure that every customer interaction is conducted as a superior service experience and in line with the defined CIB customer experience standards TAT and bank service indicators (including wait time, telephone timeliness, reply to customer queries and messages etc.) 6. Handle customers queries and complaints and ensure effective closure of complaints within the set TAT& SLA to reach customer satisfaction and loyalty Reporting & Communication 7. Prepare the daily sales report (DSR) including sales activities and call reports, share it with supervisor and branch head to track sales performance achievement versus budget and work on alternative plans when needed 8. Respond positively and diligently to colleagues and coordinate and communicate effectively with branch staff support units to ensure that customers requests are processed timely and efficiently 9. Introduce and promote alternate channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches to support achieving the digital offloading strategy 10. Report any possible frauds and risks and provide customer feedback to direct supervisor to maintain high level of control 11. Receive all relevant customer requests related to cheque book, credit & debit cards, TDs, CDs..etc. check their validity and send to related departments for completion Policies, Processes and Procedures 12. Prepare detailed monthly analysis and closely interact with operations, sales, and region teams to identify business opportunities & better utilize SAP system.</p>
<p>Accountabilities</p>
<p>Financial Reporting: Manage costing process for Snacks businesses during month-end and its related month-end transactions Ensure accuracy of Direct material and MOH reporting in accordance with PepsiCo Inventory policies and US GAAP Lead IBM team to deliver all costing deliverables and meet reporting requirements as per agreed DTP (Desktop Procedures) Prepare monthly Costing reports, which include: Analysis of material revaluation account Analyze PPV actual results with COC by material Review MOH bookings among manufacturing cost centers Review MOH allocation among factories, brands & categories via reviewing allocation cycles Compare MOH with production volume & follow up on significant deviations Analyze direct labor cost per plant & compare it with production volume Standard cost updates vs. the previous month and verifies the differences. Manage monthly review of Materials Usage Variance by material, Plant, & Category which includes: Monthly MUV report comparing actual consumption by material, category, & Plant to both operation and R&D teams Monthly meeting with operations and R&D team to discuss variances & variances percentages to identify current inefficiencies and agree on corrective actions. Communication of agreed action plan to management in addition to follow-up on its implementation across all plants Cause of change for business drivers month over month and year over year Provide business recommendations on a monthly basis for finished goods based on actual activity rate analysis (MOH & labor analysis) and support in Snacks balance sheet analysis Manage SAP actualization process, including SAP/non-SAP checkpoints and accounts reconciliations. Compliance * Apply Health and Safety regulations in cooperation with the Security Manager. * Update contracts register, and manage offsite information storage as per information retention and disposal requirements. * Follow Financial Control Compliance Framework (FCCF) in all financial and procurement processes. * Apply Child Protection regulations in all related activities. * Support the environment framework by ensuring premises and activities uphold best environmental practice Estates/facilities Management * Follow up on facilities services including hard (building maintenance, electricity, HVAC, etc), and soft services (cleaning, catering, transportation, etc) in 4 British Council branches in Egypt. * Contribute in supervising the contractors work on premises renovation projects including technical and financial aspects. * Maintain operational condition of office furniture and equipment, recommend replacements and disposals to the business operations manager. * Update office inventory of onsite assets & work of Art, their procurement, maintenance and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures * Oversee security supervisors and perform regular checks on security systems. UK appointed staff accommodation * Ensure the British Council accommodation policy is applied when looking for * accommodation for new staff arriving to Egypt * Review and update a record of reputable agents and review the agreements with these agents and ensure that they follow our requirements * Negotiate the rent fees, check contracts clauses, terms and conditions, and ensure that all ownership papers are checked by our lawyer before signing the lease with the landlord. * Arrange moving of staff s stuff securely and in co-operation with HR team. * Organize utilities, facilities, inventory, and regular maintenance of all apartments in a timely manner. General Administration * Follow up on the process of VISA/residence/passport requests/renewals for non-Egyptian staff with the Embassy and Egyptian authorities * Supervise operation of office cars including insurance, licensing, maintenance, schedules, and drivers. * Handle customs clearance where applicable. * Supervise mail and shipment services through courier service providers. * Provide logistical support to the organisation and delivery of internal and external activities/events, to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. * Handle cash paid to authorities for deposits, fines, fees, etc. * Handle and follow up requests and formalities with local governmental entities. Managing self & others * Manage recruitment, leaves, and development of a small team of business operations assistants. * Review the performance of the assistants on a quarterly basis * Sets tasks and coordinates others (e.g. internal colleagues or external contractors/suppliers) to complete time-limited, straightforward activities, within established procedures, to ensure efficient delivery of services.
