Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PHP / Laravel Back End Developer at Speero. You will design, implement, and maintain the server-side applications and APIs that power our marketplace and our multi-tenant B2B Saa S platform, where a single codebase serves many workshops and vendors, each with their own data, configuration, and billing. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, designing and evolving database schemas, integrating with third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability and security. Because we run lean, backend engineers here own their work through to production — you'll touch deployment pipelines, queues, caching, and monitoring rather than handing things off at the repo boundary. We work in an AI-first engineering culture.
