This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and helping maintain reliable, well-functioning IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory• Support Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity tools• Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors• Maintain IT inventory and ensure equipment is properly tracked and serviced• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve IT support processes and service qualityQualifications• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a related role• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent) are a plus<p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of openings: 1</li><li>Shift system: Morning only</li></ul>

Job Description: Implementation of health and safety plans in the work site. Work hard to maintain a safe and risk-free work environment. Ensure compliance by all site personnel with health and safety laws and standards. Check that contractors perform their activities following all the HSE applicable procedures, regulations, and standards. Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, and action plans, verify the follow-up and the timely implementation of the corrective actions. Conduct internal HSE inspections. Spread HSE rules/standards/procedures/bulletins on site. Ensure the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site. Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials. Participate in daily Toolbox Talk. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Agriculture, or equivalent. Certificate of occupational safety and health specialist. Maximum 3 Years of experience. HSE background. Firefighting and First Aid courses.
