Key Responsibilities<br>Research & Development<br>Develop and optimize epoxy flooring formulations, including self-leveling, anti-static, and chemical-resistant systems. Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, resins, additives, fillers, and pigments. Develop polyurethane, cementitious, and other specialty chemistries based on market needs. Prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and application guides. Lead continuous product improvement using customer feedback and market benchmarking.
