About the Role:Z-Laundry is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality control operations across multiple locations. You'll manage a team of quality controllers, make the final call on customer complaints, and ensure every garment that leaves our facilities meets Z-Laundry's standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable making fast, well-documented decisions under real operational pressure.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Training Supervise and guide quality controllers across different service locations. Support the onboarding and quality training of new locations. Train representatives (delivery personnel) on quality expectations and handoff procedures. Share feedback and support ongoing improvements at service locations. Third-Party Provider Sourcing & Management Identify and evaluate potential third-party facility partners as candidates for onboarding. Assess prospective providers against Z-Laundry's quality and operational standards before approval. Support onboarding of approved partners and monitor their ongoing compliance with quality standards. Quality Control, Inspection & Audits Monitor and enforce Z-Laundry's quality standards and procedures across the inspection, cleaning, and finishing process. Conduct regular audits of inspection records and photo documentation (front/back and close-up shots) to ensure compliance with photo and documentation standards. Manage inspections to ensure garments are crease-free and meet required conditions before delivery. Apply company standards in spotting & stain removal, cleaning, pressing & hand-finishing, and packaging. Confirm garments are packaged and labelled according to required standards, and ensure they are ready for collection or delivery. Carry out daily inspections, record findings and take necessary actions accordingly. Evaluate complex or delicate items and determine how they should be handled, including cases escalated mid-process (e.g. hidden damage, color bleeding, unexpected fabric reactions). Complaint Handling & Customer Experience Review and assess customer complaints, and decide on the appropriate course of action, across categories such as damage, missing pieces, stains, poor quality, colour fading, and inaccurate inspection. Manage complaint resolution within defined SLAs — timely acknowledgment of assigned cases and submission of findings within agreed turnaround times. Oversee QC's role in returns, ensuring findings, reasons, and approvals are properly documented. Coordinate with Customer Service, delivery teams, and facility partners to resolve service-related issues efficiently. Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are met by established quality standards. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Provide management with recommendations to improve existing quality processes.
Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance, service operations, or similar roles, including at least 3 years managing team members and interacting with customers or stakeholders. Bachelor's degree preferred; a relevant certification (e.g. Six Sigma, OPEX-L) is a plus. Good awareness of ISO 9001 standards. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to decision-making. Confident in handling service issues and finding practical solutions. Comfortable working within a digital QC / order management system — logging inspections, photos, and complaint findings entirely through the platform. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with laundry processes, fabric care, or related services is a plus. Good command of spoken English; Arabic proficiency preferred given the local team and customer base.
Work Environment:Full-time position based in Sheikh Zayed. Team size: managing quality controllers across multiple service locations. The role may require occasional work in the evenings and weekends to support operational needs and urgent issues. Regular communication and coordination with multiple service locations are part of the daily routine.
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience, plus medical & social insurance and a performance-based bonus.
Why Join Z-Laundry? Z-Laundry is one of the region's fastest-growing laundry and garment care networks, built on the promise that every customer gets the same trusted standard of quality, no matter which location serves them. As Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping that standard — with real ownership over decisions, direct visibility with senior management, and the chance to build processes that scale as we open new locations. We invest in our people through hands-on training and clear paths to grow into wider operations leadership as the company expands.
We are looking for a high-impact leader to own the performance, structure, and scalability of Tabby’s SME Sales & Activation Engine.
This is a high-volume leadership role. You will manage a large team of tele-sales and onboarding specialists responsible for acquiring merchants and moving them from "prospect" to "live and transacting." You are not just managing people; you are managing productivity. You will drive efficiency by incorporating technology for pre-qualification, optimizing call cadences, and ensuring our "bread and butter" SME sector scales without chaos.
This role sits above day-to-day execution but requires a deep understanding of sales floor dynamics, funnel mechanics, and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Sales Culture
Hire, train, and lead a large team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives. Build a high-performance culture focused on distinct KPIs: Call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and time-to-live. Coach managers on driving daily productivity and holding their teams accountable. Foster a culture of trust, directness, and psychological safety, while maintaining uncompromising standards for output.
2. Tech-Enablement & Pre-Qualification
Lead the integration of technology (AI, automation, or CRM tools) to automate the pre-qualification of leads before they reach the sales team. Design workflows where technology handles the heavy lifting of vetting, allowing your sales team to focus solely on high-quality, convertible merchants. Continuously audit our sales stack to remove friction and increase "selling time" per agent.
3. Operational Ownership (The Funnel)
Own the end-to-end funnel metrics Identify leakage points in the funnel. If merchants are stalling at the "Approved" stage, you find the root cause and fix it. Review numbers daily/weekly. Challenge performance narratives with data, not feelings. Balance speed with quality, ensure we are launching merchants fast, but also launching them correctly so they transact immediately.
4. Process Design & Continuous Improvement
Design and document SOPs and Playbooks for the sales and onboarding teams. Remove bottlenecks by clarifying dependencies between Sales, Risk, and Ops. Drive structural fixes over manual workarounds. If a process requires constant escalation, it is broken—you are here to fix it.
5. Performance Management & Reporting Define clear success metrics (Daily Activity, Pipeline Health, Activation Speed) and ensure consistent tracking via dashboards. Collective Performance Model: Implement a structure where team success dictates individual success. Ensure transparency in how targets are set and reviewed. Hold managers accountable for outcomes (revenue/live merchants), not just outputs (number of calls made).
6. Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the primary bridge between Rev Ops, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech. Translate cross-functional constraints (e.g., changes in Risk policy) into clear execution plans for your sales floor. Escalate strategically, bring solutions and context, not just noise.
What Success Looks Like
High Efficiency: High volume of calls/activities yielding high conversion rates due to effective pre-qualification tech. Speed to Lead: Merchants are contacted, signed, and activated rapidly. Predictability: Targets are hit consistently without end-of-month panic/firefighting. Strong Leadership: You have built a layer of strong managers who can run the floor independently.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
7+ years experience in high-velocity Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations.3+ years experience managing managers and large teams (15+ people). Proven track record of implementing sales technology (Dialers, CRM automation, Lead Scoring) to drive efficiency. Experience in Fintech, BNPL, Saa S, or high-volume E-commerce is strongly preferred. Strong command of data (Excel/Sheets, Salesforce/Hub Spot, Tableau/Looker).
What This Role Is Not Not an Individual Contributor role (you are leading leaders) Not a purely "Strategy" role (you must be willing to get your hands dirty in the ops). Not a "Relationship Management" role (this is about acquisition and activation velocity).
Job Benefits Flexible working hours and autonomy. A working environment where the quality of your work shapes your career trajectory. Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP). Medical & Social Insurance. Flexi Perks: Monetary benefit for health, well-being, or professional development. AI Subscription Allowance of up to 250$Hybrid Work Setup2 months Remote work allowance

About this PositionAs a Senior Data Engineer on Henkel's Customer Intelligence team, you will drive the engineering implementation, scaling, and operational excellence of our global Customer Data Platform (CDP). Working in close alignment with our Solution Architect, your mission is to bring our architectural blueprints to life by delivering expert data modeling, high-performance data pipelines, and robust engineering standards. We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives on solving intricate data engineering challenges, prioritizes long-term product vision over basic task completion, and enjoys mentoring team members while translating technical paradigms into clear business outcomes. What you´ll do

Pipeline Development (30%): Build, scale, and optimize enterprise-grade, high-throughput ingestion pipelines from complex internal and external sources using Kafka streaming, Delta Sharing, custom APIs, and Service Connectors.

Data Reshaping & Modeling (30%): Own the physical implementation, refinement, and expansion of our Data Vault customer and contact models within Databricks. Map data lineage and support our transition toward a decentralized Data Mesh philosophy.

Activation & Insights (15%): Engineer optimized Gold/Business layer views to feed executive dashboards and deploy high-performance streaming/API pipelines to push activation-ready data seamlessly into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Orchestration & DevOps (10%): Set engineering standards for pipeline orchestration using Databricks Workflows and Delta Live Tables (DLT). Manage and mature our Git workflows, branching strategies, and automated CI/CD DevOps deployment pipelines.

Quality & Governance (15%): Lead the implementation of advanced data quality framework testing, automate validation rules, establish comprehensive documentation, and collaborate directly with architects on solution designs.

What makes you a good fit

Extensive, hands-on engineering experience with Databricks, PySpark, and advanced SQL
optimization.

Deep understanding and practical experience implementing complex data modeling frameworks.

Proven experience with real-time streaming architectures (Kafka, DLT) and API-driven data
integration.

Advanced proficiency with Git workflows, code repositories, and production-grade CI/CD pipelines in
a DevOps environment.

Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data systems and technical
designs into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders.

Experience integrating data workflows directly with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a plus.

Practical exposure to implementing decentralized Data Mesh paradigms and data lineage tracking is a plus.

Deep understanding of Data Vault is a plus.

Vision-First Thinker: You design solutions built for durability, performance, and scaling, focusing heavily on strategic value rather than checking off quick fixes.

Collaborative & Mentor-Hearted: An active contributor who thrives on open technical brainstorming sessions with architects and takes pride in mentoring junior engineers to lift the entire team's capabilities.

Some perks of joining Henkel

Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year

Diverse national and international growth opportunities

Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs

Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks

Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares

Comprehensive Health Insurance for employee + dependents

Employee Assistance Programme provides a wide range of mental health and wellbeing benefits

At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
