Key Responsibilities As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of data as a strategic enterprise asset, ensuring data is well-organized, accessible, accurate, and aligned with business and regulatory needs. Data Integration Management: Coordinate the integration of data from core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing, CRM) into the central data platform, working closely with Data Engineering teams. Business Glossary & Metadata: Maintain a unified business glossary, metadata catalog, and data dictionary in collaboration with data stewards and domain owners. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on data-related requests, definitions, and improvement initiatives.
