Responsibilities:Utilize internal and external tools to negotiate shipping freight rates with Carriers or Airlines. Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task given will be completed to their satisfaction. Expand and cultivate the Company’s carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships. Provide customer quotations with a systematic follow-up system. Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs. Ensure that all clients' freight loads are shipped on time. Work closely with operations and the CS team to provide smooth and efficient customer care.
