<p>Support the tenant coordination function by managing residential unit handovers, fit-out activities, and tenant coordination to ensure compliance with developer specifications and community standards. The role is responsible for facilitating smooth handover and fit-out processes, coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements. <h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, approved drawings, and community guidelines.</li>

<li>Proven experience coordinating tenant fit-out activities, site inspections, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of fit-out requirements, construction drawings, developer guidelines, and property management practices.</li>
