If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 2 3 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet operations, or a similar role.</p><p>Basic to good technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance.</p><p>Experience in coordinating drivers, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance tracking.</p><p>Ability to work under pressure and support the handling of emergency situations effectively.</p><p>Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, workshops, and internal teams.</p><p>Basic computer skills, including fleet management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.</p><p>Valid driver s license is an advantage.</p><p>Logistics or transportation background is preferred.</p>
Design and develop training programs. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, andprofessional development classes). Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques. Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
