As we scale, our Revenue and Operations teams need a single source of truth - one person who owns how we measure performance, where the data lives, and what it tells us to do next.<br>This is that role.<br>You'll be the analytical backbone for two of dopay's most strategic functions. You'll design the KPIs we run the business on, build the Looker dashboards that surface them, and own the semantic layer in LookML so that "active customer," "revenue," and "operational throughput" mean the same thing in every meeting. You'll work side-by-side with Revenue leaders to understand what's working in the funnel, and with Operations to find friction in onboarding, processing, and support. You'll partner closely with our Engineering and Data teams to ensure the BigQuery layer is clean, complete, and accessible.<br>This is not a role for someone who waits for tickets. Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p>Reporting Line</p><ul><li>Reports to: Chief Coordination Officer</li></ul><p>Work Environment</p><ul><li>Remote work within a professional engineering consultancy environment.</li><li>Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering, commercial, and project teams</li><li>Exposure to diverse engineering consultancy and project management assignments.</li><li>Performance-driven culture focused on quality, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Tendering, Bid Management, Estimation, or Pricing within an Engineering Consultancy, EPC, or Project Management environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, tendering procedures, and procurement processes.</li><li>Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for engineering consultancy projects.</li><li>Knowledge of contract conditions, commercial terms, and tender documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Familiarity with document management systems and online tender portals is preferred.</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English;
