Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical equipment and systems in the slaughterhouse according to the approved maintenance plan. Diagnosing electrical faults and repairing them to ensure quick restart of equipment. Performing maintenance on electrical distribution panels, motors, generators, and lighting systems. Performing wiring, disconnection, and replacement of faulty electrical components. Monitoring the technical condition of electrical equipment and reporting any faults or notes that may affect operation. Job requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Science, Agriculture (Food Science), or a related field. Languages • Experience of 8 to 10 years in quality and food safety, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position. • Preference for professional certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Lead Auditor, or Food Safety. • Preference for experience in poultry slaughterhouses or food manufacturing plants. • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Good command of English. • Advanced knowledge of quality and food safety management systems.
