Position Summary Shinebed is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our factory team in Egypt.<br>This position will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials and in-process production to final inspection and shipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on quality experience in home textiles, bedding, soft goods, garments, or a related manufacturing environment.<br>The QA Engineer will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet Bedshe’s quality standards, customer specifications, and export requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Monitor product quality throughout the full manufacturing process, including incoming materials, cutting, sewing, filling, assembly, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct and evaluate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities such as Visual Testing (VT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), as applicable. Coordinate and witness Destructive Testing (DT) activities, including mechanical and weld qualification tests, when required. Verify weld quality and piping integrity in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards. Prepare inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation. Coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, consultants, and clients during inspection and testing activities. Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proper resolution.
