We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management and Commercial Leasing to lead our commercial operations, maximize occupancy, strengthen tenant relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Manage the leasing process, including negotiations, renewals, and tenant retention. <p>Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions. Total charges for group functions, and prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment. Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service. Ensure proper centerpieces are displayed on every table.
