Our team is focused around but not limited to backups of Windows Server environments within the Commvault suite, this includes networking, troubleshooting, connectivity, name resolution and performance-based issues on an OS and or hardware. Who you are:<br>

<li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>MCP/MCSA/MCSE in Microsoft.</li>
<li>We value knowledge and curiosity, no matter whether you learnt it at university, through courses or by learning from others.</li>
<li>At least 5+ years of technical/customer support experience</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of administration and trouble shooting in Microsoft Windows Server operating system (think troubleshooting or fixing via the event logs, acquiring crash and application dumps, analysing network packets, windows firewall, VSS).</li>
<li>Exposure to Microsoft SQL, understanding of Microsoft clustering technologies and experience of SAN highly desirable.</li>
<li>Active directory. Recovery knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.</li>
<li>Networking and troubleshooting connectivity, name resolution and performance-based issues with OS and/or hardware.</li>
<li>Understanding backup theory and design. Backup and data management fundamentals</li>
<li>Previous experience with Commvault technologies is highly desirable as is other backup software such as Veritas, Symantec, Backup Exec, Shadow Protect, NetBackup, Networker, Avamar, VEEAM, or TSM is a plus</li>
<li>Previous experience in troubleshooting enterprise environments</li>

We are seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to join VOIS, contributing to cyber security innovation initiatives through the development of AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for an individual with strong software engineering expertise who is passionate about applying AI to real-world cyber security challenges, including automation, threat detection, and decision support.<br>
The role combines software engineering, cloud development, and AI security, providing the opportunity to build prototypes, create reusable engineering components, and support the evolution of AI capabilities within a large-scale enterprise environment. A strong focus on secure-by-design principles, Responsible AI, and scalable cloud-native architectures is essential.<br>

<br>Design and develop Python-based applications and services to support AI-driven cyber security use cases.<br>
Build, expose, and integrate REST APIs into cyber security workflows and enterprise platforms.<br>

<p>We are seeking a Technology Business Relationship Partner to act as the primary point of contact between Technology VOIS and internal business customers. This role is responsible for building strategic stakeholder relationships, understanding customer strategies and business challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring Technology VOIS services deliver measurable business value.</p>
<p>The role spans the full service lifecycle, including opportunity identification, business case development, service transition, operational governance, financial accountability, customer satisfaction management, and continuous service improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, including CIO-level contacts, to align technology services with business objectives and drive long-term strategic partnerships.</p>

<p><span>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE</span></p><br>We are looking for a Coating Advisor to join our Alexandria team to provide expert technical support to customers through on-site coating application guidance, inspections, performance assessments, and detailed reporting. <p>Drives the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel media investments to accelerate brand growth and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Media Associate Manager, this role acts as the internal subject matter expert, turning business goals into high-performing media campaigns, managing agency partners, and maximizing marketing ROI through rigorous, data-driven optimization.</p>
