Managing all travel-related logistical services (Travel companies, hotel reservations, flight tickets, visa issuance, etc.) Responsible for the outsourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, outsourcing, parking, and security Arrange the needs of the company's visitors from expats or government agencies and regulatory authorities. Fleet Management: Manage transportation fleet service providers for all LSE employees using the service Managing sales supervisors' cars leasing contracts and following up on all related expenses, including road and parking fees, and resolving any related issues with the service provider. Go to person for all daily transportation operation (From/To). Budgeting/Projects/Capex: Monitor costs and expenses and report progress in expenses versus annual budget Assist in the preparation of the Admin Capex based on the facility s upcoming needs and requirements and execute the needed actions based on the Capex budget. Responsible for periodic payments to all services providers following contract terms and follow up with finance to ensure action Work closely with purchasing department for adding new service providers as well as contracts renewals. Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage administrative staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Assess support staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. Conduct investigations with employees regarding misconduct and lack of discipline in the workplace, coordinating with the legal office for warning letters and any disciplinary actions in alignment with labor law regulations. <li>Handle offboarding processes and unpaid leave tracking</li>
<li>Maintain and improve data quality and integrity across HR systems</li>
<li>Update and maintain employment records and system data</li>
<li>Participate in system updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enhancements</li>
<li>Ensure documentation for HR systems and reporting processes is up to date</li>
<li>Deliver services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)</li>
<li>Respond to employee queries related to HR systems and reporting</li>
<li>Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements</li>
<li>Support payroll by providing accurate employee data (e.g. leave, absences)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Who you are</h4>
<ul>
<li>A collaborative professional with strong stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>An effective communicator who can engage confidently across different levels</li>
<li>Experienced in HR systems, reporting, and data handling</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools</li>
<li>Familiar with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors and related systems</li>
<li>Educated to degree level in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field</li>
<li>Equipped with 1–2 years of experience within HR or a similar function</li>
