You will also possess the ability to deliver under pressure, analyse MI and Data, support your team, have a positive friendly attitude and be confident in IT processes and skills to use in-house <strong>digital systems</strong> daily on a laptop.<br><br><strong>What will you need?<br><br></strong>You will ideally have experience in <strong>Airport/Holiday Operations </strong>or similar. Experience of managing a<strong> customer-facing </strong>team and proven <strong>people management</strong> skills are essential. Conversational level in the local language is also advantageous.<br><br>Please note that this is a physically demanding role as you’ll be supporting <strong>a fast-paced operation</strong> and will constantly be on the move.<br><br>As we employ on <strong>local employment contracts</strong>, you will already hold the full <strong>right to work documentation or be willing to apply for right to work documentation </strong>required for <strong>Egypt </strong>and be living in the destination or willing to relocate and source your <strong>own accommodation</strong><em>. <br><br></em>Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will be required to hold a full and valid <strong>driving licence </strong>and have<strong> your own car with appropriate insurance</strong>. Design and develop training programs. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, andprofessional development classes). Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques. Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in coordination, outreach, oradministrative role.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Proficiency in creating and managing databases (Excel, Google Sheets) Experience with communication tools (email marketing platforms, CRM, or contactmanagement systems). Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
