Scan-to-BIM Structural Engineer (BIM-26-01) Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt GSC Engineering & Geo Consulting is seeking an experienced Scan-to-BIM Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate structural BIM models of existing buildings and infrastructure using point-cloud data, site surveys, as-built drawings, and structural investigation findings for projects across Egypt and the GCC region. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling. Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM projects and modelling existing structures. Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms and GCC projects is preferred. Strong technical coordination and communication skills. Requirements Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure is mandatory. Strong practical experience working with point-cloud data obtained from laser scanning, LiDAR, or photogrammetry.
