Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.8+ years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and engineering consultancy. Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia and strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) are required. Previous experience with engineering consulting firms working on Saudi/GCC projects is highly preferred. Strong experience in architectural design, detailed design, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building systems. Good understanding of Saudi authority requirements, Civil Defense regulations, municipality approvals, and relevant approval processes. Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment. Fluent English is required; Arabic is preferred.
