Develop and maintain role-specific assessment frameworks to evaluate technical experience, language skills and fit for localisation workflows. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define job profiles, priorities and timeframes while ensuring SLAs and hiring targets are met. Provide coaching and guidance to interviewers on competency-based assessment, inclusive hiring and candidate feedback.
