Your Job<br><br>As a Coater Shift Supervisor, you will lead shift operations within the coating production area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will develop and support team members, drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot production and equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Track production activities, audit material consumption, and identify opportunities to reduce glass losses and improve yields. Provide leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and corrective actions when required. Complete administrative responsibilities including documentation, performance reviews, and production records. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and productivity performance.<br><br><br>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and management teams.
