<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Organize, collect, secure, and maintain all cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Audit house banks periodically according to SOPs. Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash and cashier banks. Collect and verify cash and cash equivalents and prepare paperwork for bank deposit at prescribed times. Document, prepare, and distribute reports to department managers. Prepare tickets for cash banquet functions and check hotel token machines. Provide cash to guests and conduct currency exchanges in accordance with policies and procedures. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all cash variances according to SOPs. Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution. Participate in internal and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.</p>
<p>Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. <p>As a site mechanical construction supervision lead, you will be responsible for leading the site construction supervision mechanical engineering function of the Worley team and subcontractors, providing direct interface with the customer and their personnel.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Organizes and leads the Worley construction supervision mechanical team to help the owner ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards requirements, local and international codes, timeline and budget.</li>
<li>Represents Worley at internal and external meetings on the project when requested.</li>
<li>Ensures Worley mechanical construction supervision systems and procedures are developed and rolled out for the project and work is performed in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards.</li>
<li>Reports on project performance against the baseline plan of mechanical installations.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures that the Worley mechanical construction supervision team and any third party subcontractors adhere to the overall project execution plan and project quality plan.</li>
<li>Ensures that all identified Worley sub-contractors are suitably pre-qualified for delivery of the project.</li>
<li>Reviews safety and hazard assessments.</li>
<li>Monitors construction of NPPs and associated systems; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.</li>
<li>Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to mechanical construction.</li>

<h4>Experience and qualifications</h4>

<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.</li>
<li>Strong construction oversight skills; 10+ years of NPP construction supervision experience including management of multi-cultural teams.</li>
