<p>We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to provide advanced (L3) operational support for Office IT infrastructure services. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise platforms including Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server environments. The role requires strong independent judgement, deep technical expertise, and end-to-end ownership of supported services while contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence.</p>

<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 services, Active Directory, ADFS, AD Connect, and licence management.</li>
<li>Experienced in Windows Server (2016/2019), Microsoft SQL, and infrastructure troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in ITIL-based service management, with ITIL Foundation certification.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in multicultural, globally distributed teams.</li>
<li>A clear and confident communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.</li>

Working in close partnership with Cybersecurity, AI engineers, and data scientists, the role also supports AI Technology leads in developing the procedures and standards that govern the responsible and compliant use of AI at enterprise level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain guardrails for existing AI and LLM-based systems, including input/output filtering, prompt-injection and jailbreak defenses, PII and sensitive-content redaction, tool and agent permission boundaries, and usage/rate limits.</li><li>Implement the security controls identified and communicated by the Cybersecurity team across AI platforms, models, APIs, and data pipelines, covering identity and access management, secrets management, encryption, logging, and network segregation, and evidence that those controls are operating effectively.</li><li>Support Technology and Information Security leads in developing enterprise AI security procedures, standards, and acceptable-use guidance</li><li>Perform security testing of AI models and applications, covering prompt injection, insecure output handling, data exfiltration, and model supply-chain risks; <br>We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support global IT integration, platform operations, and cloud deployment activities. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and enhancing production-ready platforms that host applications across multiple Vodafone markets, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes, containerisation, cloud technologies, service reliability, and application lifecycle management. The successful candidate will contribute to secure, scalable, and reliable solutions while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives<br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>
<br>Design, implement, and support DevOps and deployment solutions across global environments.<br>
Lead migration, upgrade, and release activities for supported platforms and applications<br>
Administer and optimise Kubernetes, Docker, and API management environments. <br>
Maintain application and server availability across UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms. <br>
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels. <br>
Investigate and resolve database-related issues across supported environments. <br>
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable technical solutions<br>
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures. <br>
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.<br>
Support service management practices and ensure compliance with operational processes and standards. <br><br><br><b>Who you are</b>
<br>Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies. <br>
Strong knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture.<br>
Familiarity with Kafka and distributed application environments. <br>
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Cassandra. <br>
Knowledge of Python, Ruby, or Go programming languages is highly desirable. <br>
Understanding of AWS cloud services is advantageous.<br>
Strong UNIX/Linux administration skills.<br>
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including DNS and proxy services.<br>
Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and service management capabilities.<br>
Experience with ITIL practices, Remedy, or related service management platforms is beneficial. <br>
