<span>JOB PURPOSE Lead, stabilize and continuously improve the factory production function to achieve required safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.<br> The role is responsible for translating demand and production plans into executable daily operations, managing manpower and production resources, ensuring stable flow across wire-harness manufacturing processes, and building disciplined shop-floor management through standards, performance data, problem solving and continuous improvement KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own daily production execution and achievement of agreed production targets while ensuring that volume does not override safety or product quality.<br> • Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules in coordination with Planning, Supply Chain, Stores, Quality and Maintenance, and respond quickly to changes in demand, material availability or operating conditions.<br> • Lead and control production flow across relevant wire-harness processes including cutting, stripping, crimping, assembly, soldering/tinning where applicable, testing, final inspection interface and preparation for delivery.<br> • Plan and optimize manpower, shifts, machines, tools, workstations and other production resources according to demand, capacity and process requirements.<br> • Monitor capacity utilization, throughput, units per labor hour, cycle time versus takt time and schedule attainment; <span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>The position assists in the execution of all property events with a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales. Ensures the team meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing event revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department. Assists in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.<br>CANDIDATE PROFILE <br>Education and Experience<br>• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.<br>OR<br>• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.<br>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES<br>Assisting in Managing Event Management Operations and Budgets<br>• Researches and analyzes new products, pricing and services of competition.<br>• Reviews scheduled events and troubleshoots potential challenges/conflicts.<br>• Ensures the property is apprised of all groups that will impact property operations.<br>• Works with culinary team to ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.<br>• Assists with the oversight of Event Operations including Banquets, Event Services and Event Technology.<br>• Assists with the oversight of event planning team (BEO/Resume writers).<br>• Ensures meeting space and corresponding heart of the house areas are cleaned and maintained.<br>• Ensures furniture and equipment is maintained and inventory levels are kept in accordance to corporate guidelines.<br>• Assists in the execution of brand service initiatives in event management areas.<br>Managing Profitability<br>• Introduces ideas to leadership team to enable property to remain competitive.<br>• Encourages calculated risk-taking to generate incremental revenue and deliver excellent guest service.<br>• Develops working relationships with outside vendors and establishes prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the property.<br>Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service<br>• Creates an atmosphere in all event management operations areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations.<br>• Consult with customers in order to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, and conventions.<br>At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. <h4>Team supervision & leadership:</h4>

<li>Supervise and lead the team of waiters/waitresses, runners, ensuring they deliver exceptional service that aligns with the restaurant’s standards and vision.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve service delivery and knowledge of the specialty menu.</li>
<li>Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment.</li>
<li>Ensure that all team members maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company standards.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Guest experience & service excellence:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the delivery of a personalized and memorable dining experience for each guest, ensuring the service is aligned with the theme or cuisine specialty of the restaurant.</li>
<li>Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure that team members provide detailed and accurate explanations of the menu, including ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and wine pairings.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Menu expertise & recommendations:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a deep understanding of the restaurant’s specialized menu, including unique ingredients, preparation techniques, and drink pairings.</li>
<li>Supervise and guide the team in offering wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage pairings, and assist guests with dietary restrictions or special requests.</li>
<li>Stay updated on seasonal menu changes and ensure that the team is well-informed of any new specialty dishes or drinks.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Operational efficiency:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the daily operations of the specialty dining area, ensuring all service areas are properly organized and that all guest orders are taken and delivered efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure proper organization of dining areas, including table settings, glassware, utensils, and condiments, for smooth service transitions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered promptly, according to guest preferences.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Upselling & revenue generation:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise the team in upselling premium dishes, beverages, and exclusive items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.</li>
<li>Encourage team members to suggest additional menu items or beverage pairings to complement the meal.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Reporting & administrative duties:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure accurate reporting of daily operations, including guest feedback, sales data, and staff performance.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement or adjustment.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels of restaurant supplies (e.g., menus, utensils, glasses) and ensure timely replenishment as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Health & safety compliance:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring that all staff follow proper hygiene practices and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the dining area, including emergency procedures.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Problem resolution & continuous improvement:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the team stays focused on providing excellent service.</li>
<li>Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of in-room dining service and experience.</li>
<li>Identify areas for improvement in processes and service, providing suggestions for enhancements to the management team.</li>
</ul>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<h4>Experience/certificates/education</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role in restaurant operations, preferably in a high-end restaurant or a luxury hospitality environment.</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
