The role of F&B server

We are currently seeking a creative, talented full-time F&B server for Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza who is well-mannered, visionary, passionate and has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team. Our F&B server is expected to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures, have the ability to offer guests of the outlet an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience conforming to Four Seasons’ standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness, as well as the ability to anticipate and service guests’ requirements before requests, and to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

Our ideal F&B server

• A special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of Four Seasons standards and a commitment to maintaining quality with a good understanding of hotel regulations.
• Reading, writing and fluent oral proficiency in the English language.
• One to two years of previous food and beverage experience.
• Good knowledge of food, preparation and beverages.
