Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure efficient and accurate execution of work. Review and analyze technical drawings and plans to verify their accuracy and suitability. Provide technical support and engineering guidance to the site team whenever required. Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress to management. Participate in the handover of projects to the Operations Department within the approved timeline. Supervise and follow up with the project support team to ensure effective performance and task completion. Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures throughout all phases of project execution.<br><br>Job Requirements:Education & Experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Office functions and/or the management and execution of engineering projects.<br><br>Technical Knowledge & Skills:<br>Strong supervision and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Project.
