Job Summary The Retail Design & Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end retail design and delivery process, ensuring all retail units are designed, fitted out, and delivered according to company standards, timelines, and commercial objectives. <p><h4>Purpose of the job</h4>
<p>You will be part of a team of several quality of service and radio optimization engineers, where you will be responsible for carrying out RAN engineering studies (quality monitoring and optimization) for subsidiaries involved in the REC, and ensuring the consistency of the configuration and activation of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G (and soon 6G) radio features over time. You will also provide support to subsidiaries involved in the REC to ensure the technological evolution of existing radio sites through the management of technology trials and the implementation of group recommendations to meet our customers' expectations in terms of improving radio quality of service. In terms of ongoing activity for our customers, you will participate in the analysis of drive tests and the operation of automatic optimization tools (C-SON) to continuously improve radio performance.</p>
