Under the supervision of Response Team Lead, MHPSS officer and the Mental Health Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) Technical Advisor (TA), the psychologist will be responsible for providing individual/group sessions for UASC and child at risk and youth from 13: 18 Years need psychosocial support identified through the project activities and referrals. S/he will be responsible to conduct the needed assessments and customize the session topics based on the identified needs of the target group. <p>Perform the day- to- day activities of machinery spare parts coding requests received from all plants as per coding procedures. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the spare parts data received before and after it is entered on the system either in coding or updating master data. Coordinate with SAP Sustain team to ensure the spare parts master data is updated efficiently according to technical requirements. Update and maintain backup process (Soft copy) for the master data of spare parts on SAP and archive in appropriate manner. Handle and finalize approvals for creating or adding SAP user profile for engineering department team members. Lead, monitor & review the machinery spare parts classification on quarterly basis over PCE warehouses to comply with PCE classification policy. Update the criticality spare parts list annually for slow moving items of machinery spare parts with coordination with plants' spare parts planners. List all D&E spare parts and idle assets in order to finalize selling it. Update and maintain weekly & monthly tracking reports for machinery working capital status and maintenance expenses for all PCE plants. Ensure plants spending on engineering cost centers match the engineering chart of accounts on monthly closing. Follow up & finalize all issues (Modify PO Accrual SAP receiving) related to technical interventions ordered by engineering team with procurement department. Directing the received spare parts to the assigned plant in coordination with procurement department, if any. Ensure the security of data and information on computer systems according to PepsiCo policy. Comply with PepsiCo Safety requirements & procedures. <p>The Facilities Management & Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day FM operations across InstaShop locations. This includes managing reception, maintenance, cleaning, pantry, vending machines, stationery, mail, and archiving. The role involves monitoring the performance and quality of outsourced services such as housekeeping, pest control, and fleet management. You will supervise the FM team, distribute workload, and drive strategic planning for team goals. Responsibilities extend to handling all facilities needs across logistics hubs and dark stores, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Daily operational requests, including desk allocation, space utilization, furniture, and parking arrangements, will also be managed.</p><p><strong>Contract & Vendor Management</strong></p><p>Supervise renewals and negotiate contracts with external service providers for services like water dispensers, coffee machines, and other FM services. Liaise with maintenance contractors and suppliers for office consumables across all sites. Establish and maintain vendor files, verifying the accuracy of submitted documentation. Maintain accurate records of all contracts, annual leases, work orders, service requests, and executed works.</p><p><strong>Service Quality & Compliance</strong></p><p>Review and analyze monthly third-party service reports, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets raised through the Facilities department.</p><p><strong>Asset & Procurement Management</strong></p><p>Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely purchasing and accurate financial documentation. <p>POSITION SUMMARY Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance. Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
