Senior Electrical Design Engineer A leading international EPC and engineering consultancy organization is expanding its Design & Consultancy Division in Egypt and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities Review electrical FEED and detailed design deliverables. Review and approve power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies. Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications. Ensure compliance with international and local electrical codes and standards. Coordinate electrical interfaces with other engineering disciplines. Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Requirements Strong experience in industrial power system design and review. Proven ability to review electrical designs, calculations, and technical studies. Proficiency in ETAP, SKM or Easy Power, as well as Auto CAD and Revit MEP. Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, MCC, VFD, and substations. Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, API, and hazardous area standards. Previous experience in petrochemical, refinery, or large-scale industrial EPC projects. Must hold an active Egyptian Engineering Syndicate registration. Experience in large-scale EPC projects is highly preferred. Previous experience with Chinese EPC companies is considered a strong advantage.
