Role Description The CCTV Monitor at Knoz El Hekma - شركة كنوز الحكمة is responsible for continuously observing security camera feeds to identify and report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jiddah and involves monitoring multiple screens, documenting incidents accurately, and promptly notifying the appropriate personnel or authorities according to established procedures. The position includes maintaining logs, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, and collaborating with security and facility teams to support a safe environment. The CCTV Monitor may also assist with reviewing recorded footage for investigations and preparing brief reports when required.<br>Qualifications<br> Ability to focus on surveillance screens for extended periods and recognize unusual or suspicious behavior. Basic technical aptitude to operate CCTV systems, monitor equipment status, and report technical issues. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills for incident logging and reporting. Clear, professional communication skills to coordinate with security staff and management. Understanding of basic security and safety practices; prior experience in security or monitoring roles is an advantage. Ability to follow established procedures, respect confidentiality, and handle sensitive information responsibly. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security, surveillance, or related fields is preferred.
