Primary Function:The ERP Application Specialist is a solution-oriented professional who anchors our digital operations, ensuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HRMS environments operate at peak performance. This role bridges the gap between our warehouse, retail, and back-office teams, translating complex system requirements into seamless workflows. As a functional expert, ERP Application Specialist is expected to drive system upgrades and manage integration projects with our solution partners to turn data into actionable business intelligence. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:ERP Functional Anchor: Serve as the primary support/reference for Dynamics 365 F&O, resolving hurdles in Finance, SCM, and Retail/POS modules to ensure zero downtime in distribution and sales. Qualifications, Education and /or Experience Requirements:ERP Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (including Retail), with a deep understanding of functional workflows. Industry Background: Proven expertise in the FMCG lifecycle from procurement to warehouse management, van sales, and POS. D365 Functional Skills: Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and Retail, with the ability to diagnose functional gaps and engineer system-driven process improvements. Implementation Lifecycle: Participation in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, from functional requirement gathering to successful go-live. System Evolution: Demonstrated experience coordinating Saa S upgrades and system enhancements in a live production environment.
