Tenant Coordination & Fit-Out Management Follow and implement technical office policies, procedures, and mall tenant manuals. Introduce tenants to the mall engineering fit-out criteria and design guidelines as outlined in the technical fit-out manual. Inspect retail units upon handover from contractors and coordinate all required mechanical and architectural tie-ins with the tenant. Review and study architectural designs proposed by tenants to ensure full compliance with mall design guidelines and safety standards.
