Head of Quality &amp; Operational Excellence<br>Location: Cairo, Egypt<br><br>Sarayo Egypt is seeking an exceptional leader to drive a complete transformation of quality systems, food safety, manufacturing controls, and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.<br><br>We are not looking for a traditional Quality Manager.<br><br>We are looking for a builder.<br><br>A leader who can establish robust systems, eliminate recurring quality issues, strengthen manufacturing discipline, improve product consistency, and foster a quality-driven culture across the organization.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Build and institutionalize a world-class Quality Management System (QMS).<br>Establish, implement, and strengthen QA, QC, GMP, HACCP, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement programs.<br>Standardize manufacturing processes and reduce process variation.<br>Improve product consistency, manufacturing reliability, and operational performance.<br>Reduce customer complaints, waste, rework, and quality deviations.<br>Strengthen food safety systems and ensure regulatory compliance.<br>Lead audit readiness, certifications, and compliance initiatives.<br>Build a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across all functions.<br>Requirements<br>Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management within Food Manufacturing companies.<br>Proven experience in food factories, snacks, confectionery, bakery, beverages, or FMCG food manufacturing environments.<br>Demonstrated success in building, improving, or transforming quality systems.<br>Strong expertise in:Food Safety Systems<br>HACCP<br>GMP<br>ISO 9001<br>CAPA<br>Root Cause Analysis<br>Quality Assurance (QA)<br>Quality Control (QC)<br>Continuous Improvement<br>Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.<br>Experience leading quality transformation and operational excellence initiatives is highly preferred.<br>What Success Looks Like<br>Significant reduction in customer complaints and quality incidents.<br>Improved product consistency and manufacturing performance.<br>Strong food safety and quality compliance systems.<br>Audit-ready organization with sustainable quality standards.<br>A high-performance quality culture across the business.<br>How to Apply<br>Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to:<br><br>****************************<br><br>Please mention "Head of Quality &amp; Operational Excellence" in the email subject line.
