Role Description The Production Chemist for the detergents factory (Fresh) will be responsible for overseeing the formulation and production of detergents and personal care products in Badr City. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing chemical batches according to approved formulas, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The role involves conducting routine tests, adjusting formulations when necessary, documenting production data, and collaborating with production and quality teams to resolve issues. The Production Chemist will also support continuous improvement initiatives, follow health and safety guidelines, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in the Chemical Industry, especially in detergents and personal care products. Analytical skills to interpret test results, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize formulations. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with production, quality, and management teams. Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment, conducting chemical analyses, and maintaining accurate records. Background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with understanding of industrial production processes. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Experience in factory or industrial environments and familiarity with quality control systems is preferred.
