Coordinate timely identification and closure of audit findings under the direction of the QA Supervisor. Maintain complete and accurate audit documentation, compliance evidence, and traceability records. Conduct internal quality checks and self-assessments to proactively identify compliance gaps. C. Quality Performance Monitoring & Improvement Monitor quality KPIs, deviation trends, and recurring quality issues across production lines and shift operations. Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and non-conformances using structured problem-solving tools (5-Why, Fishbone). Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans in coordination with Production and Maintenance teams. Prepare quality performance summaries and trend reports for review by the QA Supervisor. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and escalate systemic issues through the appropriate reporting channel. D. Supplier & Material Quality Support Support the quality inspection and evaluation of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients. Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement on quality holds, material releases, and supplier quality investigations. Ensure materials under hold are properly labelled, segregated, and documented in line with quality procedures. Contribute to supplier evaluation activities and provide quality data to support purchasing decisions. E. Laboratory Support & Testing Coordination Support the microbiology laboratory team in coordinating routine and non-routine quality testing activities. Ensure quality test results are recorded, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Follow up on out-of-specification (OOS) test results and initiate appropriate non-conformance actions. Maintain calibration records, equipment logs, and testing documentation in a complete and audit-ready manner. F. Team Support & Quality Culture Guide and support QA/QC Associates on quality execution, documentation standards, and food safety practices. Support quality awareness and food safety training programmes delivered across the plant. Act as a quality reference point for production team leaders and line operators during shift operations.
