About this opportunity:
<br><p>We are now looking for a BSS Solution Architect with primary competence in Billing Solutions to lead complex customer engagements and transformation programs in the Monetization/BSS domain. You will own end-to-end solution design for Ericsson Billing and Digital Monetization Platform (DMP), covering convergent billing, invoicing, financial integration, customer data migration and operational readiness, working closely with customers and delivery organizations to secure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions.</p><br><br><br><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><br><br><br><ul><li>Lead E2E architecture for convergent billing, usage aggregation, rating and charging inputs, bill calculation, invoice generation and presentation, taxation, payments, accounts receivable and collections for B2C and B2B.</li><li>Translate business, finance and marketing requirements into HLDs and LLDs covering Billing, Customer/Party Management, Product Catalog, Order Management, Charging, Payment Management and financial processes through customer acceptance.</li><li>Define integrations between Billing/BSS and CRM, Customer/Party Management, Product Catalog, Order Management, Charging, Mediation, Core/IMS usage sources, Payment Gateways, Tax Engines, ERP/GL, Collections, DWH/BI, Data Lakes and Partner systems.</li><li>Govern real-time, near-real-time and batch/file-based integrations using TM Forum Open APIs, REST/HTTP and JSON, API Gateways, event-driven messaging, SFTP and batch orchestration, including interface contracts, error handling, reconciliation and security.</li><li>Lead migration architecture covering source assessment, data profiling, mapping, transformation, cleansing, ETL/ELT, mock migrations, delta loads, reconciliation, cutover, rollback, audit trails and post-migration validation.</li><li>Design cloud-native architectures for capacity, availability, resilience, security, observability, batch-window performance, data retention and disaster recovery of billing-critical workloads.</li><li>Lead customer workshops, billing-process walkthroughs, migration assessments, use-case elaboration, solution validation and cutover readiness reviews.</li><li>Support presales with scope definition, BoQ/effort estimation, migration complexity assessment, proposals and SoW inputs; provide delivery leadership through integration testing, billing validation, migration rehearsals, cutover and acceptance; support technical troubleshooting of complex integration, billing and migration issues.</li><li>Share billing, integration and migration best practices, mentor colleagues and support competence development.</li><li>Lead or assist in the development and presentation of technical presentations and business case argumentations.</li></ul><br>The skills you bring:
<br><ul><li>Experience designing and documenting E2E BSS Billing solutions, including functional requirements, billing process models, data models, integration contracts, migration plans and NFRs for performance, resilience, security, auditability and recoverability, and operational procedures.</li><li>Strong expertise in Billing Solutions, preferably Ericsson Billing and/or DMP, including recurring and usage-based billing, offers, discounts, allowances, proration, billing cycles, invoice presentation, adjustments, credits, disputes, dunning and lifecycle management.</li><li>Solid understanding of B2C/B2B customer and account hierarchies, product and offer modelling, charging-to-billing flows, taxation, payments, accounts receivable, collections and financial reconciliation.</li><li>Proven BSS/telecom data migration experience: source discovery, canonical data modelling, mapping, ETL/ELT, data quality, cleansing, reconciliation, mock loads, delta migration, cutover planning, rollback and audit trails.</li><li>Strong integration experience with TM Forum SID, eTOM and Open APIs, REST/JSON, API security, event-driven messaging, Kafka or similar, SFTP and batch orchestration.</li><li>Experience delivering BSS/Billing solutions on Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as OpenShift, Tanzu, EKS, AKS or GKE.</li><li>Understanding of billing NFRs including bill-run performance, batch windows, metrics, logs, tracing, health checks, data retention, high availability and DR-ready topologies.</li><li>Understanding of data protection, access control, encryption, segregation of duties, PCI-related considerations, vulnerability management and regulatory audit support.</li><li>Cloud, Kubernetes, data migration or TM Forum certifications are an advantage.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent</li><li>At least 12 years in BSS/Telecom, including minimum 7 years as a BSS/Billing Solution Architect.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. <span>The Cloud Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase request (PR), order management, cost tracking, and financial coordination activities supporting ZainTECH’s Cloud and Cybersecurity services across the region.<br> The role sits at the intersection of business operations, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams, ensuring that cloud services, tools, licenses, and related requirements are procured efficiently and supported by accurate financial and operational controls.<br> The role owns the PR lifecycle from initiation through approval and PO conversion, while maintaining visibility of cloud costs and utilization, supplier invoices, renewals, and order records.<br> Working closely with Cloud and Cybersecurity teams, Finance, Procurement, and vendors, the Cloud Operations Specialist ensures accurate reporting, timely supplier payments, audit readiness, and continuity of critical services.<br> A strong understanding of cloud platforms and their commercial, licensing, billing, and consumption models is essential to successfully perform this role.<br> Responsibilities: Purchase Request & Order Management Manage the end-to-end purchase request (PR) workflow for Cloud and Cybersecurity services, tools, licenses, and related requirements across ZainTECH’s regional operations.<br> Create, submit, and track PRs throughout approval cycles, proactively following up with stakeholders to prevent delays and bottlenecks.<br> Ensure PRs are raised with the correct cost centers, project and task codes, budget references, supporting documentation, and business justification.<br> Monitor PR-to-PO conversion and proactively escalate delays that could impact service continuity, project delivery, or renewals.<br> Maintain accurate and up-to-date order management records covering PRs, POs, contracts, amendments, and renewals.<br> Maintain a reliable single source of truth for order status, delivery milestones, commitments, and renewal dates.<br> Cloud Cost & Utilization Management Generate periodic cost and utilization reports covering cloud services, tools, licenses, and internal consumption.<br> Track spend against approved budgets by service, vendor, project, and region.<br> Identify and flag cost anomalies, budget overruns, unused capacity, and other areas requiring review or optimization.<br> Provide clear monthly and quarterly consumption summaries to support leadership forecasting, budgeting, and optimization decisions.<br> Work closely with Cloud and Cybersecurity teams to understand consumption patterns and ensure accurate allocation of costs.<br> Cost Reporting & Dashboard Management Maintain and continuously improve cost tracking dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into spend, commitments, utilization, and upcoming requirements.<br> Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for operational and financial reporting.<br> Automate data refreshes and reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.<br> Enhance dashboard reporting and visualizations to support management decision-making.<br> Support forecasting and budget planning through accurate historical and current consumption data.<br> Finance, Procurement & Vendor Coordination Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure alignment across PRs, POs, payments, vendor onboarding, and vendor master data.<br> Act as a key point of coordination for the business unit on procurement, order, and payment status queries.<br> Review and validate supplier invoices against approved POs, contractual terms, and delivered services.<br> Ensure the correct project and task codes are provided to Finance to enable accurate and timely payment processing.<br> Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, credit notes, payment holds, and other commercial or administrative issues in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.<br> Proactively follow up on outstanding items to minimize payment escalations and maintain effective vendor relationships.<br> Audit, Governance & Documentation Maintain a <h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>Support the Commercial Property Management function by overseeing the operational, financial, and community performance of the commercial office portfolio. The role is responsible for managing tenant relationships, service charge administration, asset enhancement initiatives, and day-to-day property operations while ensuring compliance with lease obligations, landlord requirements, and statutory regulations. The position plays a key role in maximizing occupancy, enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with Leasing, Facilities Management, Finance, and Development teams to optimize long-term asset performance and value.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Manage the operational and commercial performance of the office portfolio to maximize occupancy, tenant retention, and long-term asset value.</li>

<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
