Key Responsibilities: - Identify new project opportunities and target relevant companies and organizations in the company’s field of operation. - Maintain an updated database of targeted companies and decision-makers within them. - Communicate with procurement departments, project departments, consulting firms, property developers, and main contractors. - Present the company’s offers, products, and technical solutions aligned with project requirements. - Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments. - Follow up on tenders and technical requests until contract completion. - Build strong professional relationships with existing clients and develop future collaboration opportunities. - Prepare periodic reports on sales opportunities, project pipelines, and the status of potential clients. - Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and project meetings when needed. - Achieve sales targets and grow business volume according to the approved plan. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in a field suitable to the company’s activity). - Experience in project sales or technical sales (B2B) of at least two years. - Experience dealing with companies, organizations, contractors, and consultants, not individual sales. - Strong negotiation, presentation skills, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to read and understand specifications and technical drawings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Driver’s license and willingness to travel and visit clients. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of exterior façade works (Curtain Wall – Cladding – Aluminum & Glass). Monitor on-site implementation according to drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with the consultant, contractor, and on-site work teams. Ensure quality, execution program, and handover of works. Prepare daily reports, quantify quantities, and monitor site needs. Resolve technical issues that may arise during execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in implementing aluminum and glass façades and cladding. Proficiency in reading execution drawings. Ability to manage work teams and coordinate on site.
