About the job Job Vacancy: QC Technician – Ready-Mix Concrete We are looking for a qualified and experienced QC Technician to join our Ready-Mix Concrete operations.<br>Job Responsibilities Monitor and control the quality of concrete during production at the Ready-Mix Concrete Plant. Conduct the required tests on fresh concrete according to approved specifications and standards. Collect concrete samples from mixers and job sites according to approved procedures. Perform Slump Tests and measure concrete temperature. Prepare, cast, label, and cure concrete cubes for compressive strength testing. Monitor compressive strength test results, maintain records, and report any non-conforming results to the Quality Manager. Monitor the quality of raw materials used in concrete production, including sand, aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures. Ensure that produced concrete complies with the approved mix design. Follow up on concrete deliveries to job sites and ensure compliance with the required specifications. Coordinate with and follow up with concrete mixer truck drivers regarding deliveries and site requirements. Maintain daily inspection and testing records and prepare quality control reports. Identify quality deviations and assist in implementing the necessary corrective actions. Coordinate with the Plant Operator and Production Team to resolve any concrete quality issues. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that all testing equipment is available, safe, and in good working condition. Follow all quality, safety, and occupational health procedures at the plant and job sites.<br>Qualifications & Experience Technical Diploma or Industrial Diploma; preferably in Civil Engineering, Concrete, or Building Materials.4 to 10 years of practical experience in concrete quality control. Axis Dental Lab is a dental laboratory with operations in Egypt and the UAE. We are hiring a senior CAD designer for fixed prosthetics: crowns, bridges and veneers, with the anterior aesthetic work as the part that matters most.<br>This seat is for a technician. We want someone who came up through the lab, who has waxed and layered and fitted work, and who now designs with all of that in their hands. Anterior veneers are where the difference shows, so we are looking for a portfolio of aesthetic cases, not just volume.<br>What you will do:Design crowns, bridges and veneers in zirconia, lithium disilicate and PFMOwn the anterior aesthetic cases: tooth morphology, symmetry, midline, incisal edge position, surface texture Set margins, cement gaps, contact points and connector dimensions correctly for each material Check occlusion and articulation, and adjust the design rather than leave it to the finishing bench Work from intraoral scans and model scans, and flag preparations that will not support the restoration Prepare files for milling and printing, with correct nesting and parameters Keep design quality consistent across a high weekly volume Work with the technicians who finish the case, so the design reflects what the bench actually needs<br>What we are looking for:Minimum 5 years designing dental restorations in CADHands-on dental laboratory background, not CAD only Strong anterior veneer and crown portfolio, this is the part we will look at closelyexocad or 3Shape Dental System to an expert level Real understanding of materials: when zirconia, when lithium disilicate, when PFM, and the minimum thicknesses each one needs Consistent quality at volume, without slowing down on the difficult cases Full-time, on-site at our 6th of October lab<br>Preferred:Experience with multilayer zirconia and shade matching Full-mouth rehabilitation and smile design cases Model Creator and Smile Creator experience Experience with milling and printing workflows, not only design Experience training junior designers<br>What we offer:No fixed salary ceiling.
