<p>Oracle Consulting Services MEA delivery team located in Cairo Egypt, known as Pharos, is growing and expanding its business. We are looking for experienced financial consultants, capable of working with our customers to lead solution delivery development on their Fusion Financials cloud strategies, architectures, and roadmaps, who can join us immediately and grow with us. The candidate should have a very good understanding of Oracle Fusion solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family.</p>
<p>The financials consultant is responsible for working with our customers to design and configure business solutions leveraging the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. This will cover functional areas of the financials portfolio.</p>

Senior Associate – Capital Raising Remote from Egypt | Full-time | 3–5 Years Experience<br>We are looking for a Senior Associate – Capital Raising to join a Saudi financial arranging and fundraising advisory firm. This is a hybrid role combining financial modeling, valuation, investor materials, and fundraising execution. You will own both the numbers and the narrative behind each mandate.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Financial Modeling & Valuation Build three-statement operating models from client data Prepare DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and VC valuations Build unit economics, cohort analysis, scenarios, and sensitivity cases Stress-test client assumptions and identify gaps before investors do<br>Investor Materials Develop business plans covering market, business model, go-to-market, and competitive position Build investor-ready pitch decks tailored to different investor audiences Prepare blind teasers and one-pagers for targeted investor outreach Maintain a high-quality standard across all client-facing materials<br>Fundraising & Transaction Execution Work directly with founders and CFOs on fundraising narrative, positioning, and readiness Build and manage data rooms Coordinate diligence responses and investor communications Work with the deal team, legal counsel, and prospective investors through the transaction process<br>Requirements3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development Proven experience personally building three-statement models used in an investor data room and able to withstand diligence Experience writing or substantially drafting investor materials used in a live capital raise Advanced Excel and Power Point Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken Strong financial analysis, writing, and commercial judgment Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while independently validating outputs<br>Strongly Preferred At least two completed capital raises CFA, CPA, or MBAExposure to GCC investors or the Saudi regulatory environment<br>Not required: a particular degree, bank, or nationality.
