This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures. Daily tasks include performing quality audits on calls, chats, and emails, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting findings in a clear and structured manner. The specialist collaborates with operations, training, and team leaders to provide feedback, support coaching initiatives, and track performance trends.
