About the Role<br>AZ Management & Development is seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join its Finance leadership team.<br>Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the Group FP&A Manager will lead operational drivers.• Support management in identifying revenue growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and resource allocation priorities.• Translate complex financial analysis into clear commercial profitability analysis, and investment return metrics.• Evaluate investment proposals using measures such as NPV, IRR, payback period, and return on invested capital.• Conduct pricing, margin, unit economics, break-even, and capacity utilisation analysis.• Support capital allocation decisions and investment prioritisation across the Group.• Perform post-investment reviews by comparing actual performance with approved business cases.<br>Systems and Process Improvement<br>• Standardise planning templates, financial models, reporting definitions, and performance management processes across the Group.• Improve the quality, speed, consistency, and scalability of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.• Support improvements to ERP, budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.• Lead the automation of dashboards, recurring reports, and forecasting processes.• Partner with IT and system owners to improve data availability, reporting accuracy, and financial system integration.• Reduce unnecessary manual reporting and spreadsheet dependency while maintaining appropriate controls and audit trails.• Ensure financial models, reports, assumptions, and data definitions are properly documented, controlled, and maintained.<br>Leadership and Governance<br>• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A analysts and finance team members.• Establish clear responsibilities, information.<br>Qualifications and Experience<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.• An MBA or a relevant professional qualification such as CMA, FPAC, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management reporting, financial modelling, investment analysis, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in an FP&A, planning, business partnering, or finance management role.• Proven experience leading annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and management reporting processes.• Strong experience in a multi-entity, holding-company, or group environment.• Demonstrated experience developing integrated and driver-based financial models.• Experience preparing financial analysis and presentations for CFOs, executive management, or Boards.• Experience in education or another multi-entity, multi-site service environment
