Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Consultant role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will advise clients on suitable real estate options, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Daily tasks include managing a portfolio of properties, responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role involves preparing and presenting property proposals, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and staying up to date on local market trends and regulations. The Property Consultant is expected to meet sales targets while providing a professional, inclusive, and client-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to advise clients effectively and navigate market trends. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present information clearly, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess a high level of Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a positive client experience. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and achieve individual and team targets. Relevant experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate sales is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, manage multiple clients, and maintain accurate documentation. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, and strong organizational and time management abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in the real estate sector.
