<br><p><strong><span>Please note:</span> This role can be based in UK, India, or Egypt.</strong></p><br> <p>The Senior HR Business Partner acts as the strategic HR partner to Digital Engineering & MVNx Service Towers, with end-to-end accountability for HR delivery and people strategy across a complex, global organisation. The role will partner with the VOIS Digital Engineering leadership and team as their trusted HR lead.</p><br>
<p><br>The role operates in a highly complex, international environment, partnering with business areas spanning multiple geographies including Hungary, Turkey, Germany, the UK and Spain. It supports two critical business areas undergoing significant and concurrent transformation: one being established as a new strategic capability for Vodafone, in partnership with Vodafone Investments and as a key priority for the Group CEO; and the other undergoing a fundamental end-to-end transformation to evolve the operating model and ways of working.</p><br>
<p><br>The future-state design and operating model for these areas remains evolving, requiring the role holder to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgement with limited direction while navigating significant ambiguity. The role demands strong engagement with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation, including constructively challenging leadership to ensure organisational design, workforce decisions and ways of working are aligned to VOIS principles. The supported organisation is expected to scale, and operates across markets with varying regulatory complexity, requiring the ability to deliver transformation at pace while ensuring compliance within local legal frameworks.</p><br>
<p><br>The role is responsible for defining and executing integrated people plans that enable the achievement of business strategy, leading people change and transformation across the Digital Engineering teams, and driving organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent and transformation outcomes, including building capability and a more AI-enabled, future-ready organisation, and ensuring delivery of critical hiring, workforce and change outcomes required to enable customer and commercial priorities.</p><br>
<p><br>Operating as the primary HR interface to leadership teams, the role influences decision-making through insight-led people recommendations, provides senior oversight on complex people risk, employee relations and organisational change, and ensures effective delivery of the VOIS People Strategy, HR operating model and annual people calendar across VOIS, embedding a high-performance, inclusive and values-led culture.</p><br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>

<p><strong>Duties & responsibilities include:</strong></p>

<li>Maintaining and upgrading sanitation and hygiene standards: Ensuring that all food provided to guests and staff is free from contamination and that work environments meet required hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Managing HACCP food safety system: Consolidating food safety data, handling customer complaints, and communicating relevant information to management and Heads of Departments (HODs).</li>
<li>Implementing self-audit procedures: Leading and conducting bi-monthly self-audits in accordance with HACCP standards to ensure best practices are followed.</li>
<li>Implementing best hygiene practices: Taking responsibility for implementing best practices in hygiene and taking corrective actions where necessary. This includes providing training and guidance to the team.</li>
<li>Maintaining hygiene standards: Proposing and ensuring adherence to minimum hygiene requirements in workspaces, storage areas, receiving areas, and waste disposal areas.</li>
<li>Record maintenance: Efficiently maintaining records related to the hotel's sanitation and hygiene efforts and programs.</li>
<li>Coordination and support: Coordinating with department heads and providing necessary support on hygiene-related issues across the organization.</li>
<li>Implementing corrective actions: Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions and ensuring verification and closure of findings related to inspections, audits, and microbiological sampling results.</li>
<li>Training: Conducting training sessions for food handlers in collaboration with departmental heads or process owners to enhance the overall competence of food handlers.</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Food Science or related studies</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food safety and hygiene within the hospitality or restaurant industry in the UAE</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, municipality requirements, and related documentation</li>
<li>HACCP & Food Safety Certifications</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and regulations with the ability to conduct training and audits.</li>
<li>Able to communicate effectively with all levels of team members</li>
