Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – IPO-Track Leadership Role<br>About the Role:We are seeking a strategic business leader — not a traditional finance executive — to serve as CFO and guide the company through IPO preparation and beyond. The ideal candidate combines strong integrity, sound judgment, and high professional ethics with the ability to earn the confidence of the Board, shareholders, investors, and financial institutions. Excellent bilingual (Arabic/English) communication skills, proven leadership of large, multi-country finance teams, strong analytical/data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation are essential — along with the executive presence to perform effectively under pressure during the IPO process.<br>Professional & Industry Experience:25+ years of progressive finance experience, including 10–15 years as CFO or Deputy/Group CFO in a large organization. This role bridges technical and commercial responsibilities, ensuring international buyers receive full technical support and confidence in our product quality.</p><p>You will manage the technical qualification process for industrial buyers — from specification alignment and sample dispatch through to technical approval and first commercial order. Responsibilities Maintain the equipment within the required efficiencies. Applying maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety. Lead the working team administratively and technically on daily basis. Achieve and analyze maintenance KPIs and issue periodic follow-up reports. Achieve &amp; follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumptions. Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis. Cooperate with Purchasing &amp; Engineering team for any technical issues. Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis. Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal. Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure Spare Parts. Availability. Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically approve supplier s offers. Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders. Participate in planning and preparation for projects. Annual revise for equipment fixed assists registry. Complete the organization structure for his team as per the standard crew Responsible for implementing AIB, TPM, EMS &amp; ERP PEMM systems. Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM programs. Control team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs. Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new TLs. Qualifications Engineering Graduate (Mechanical Major) 1-2 years of Experience in the same field Leadership skills. <ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end import operations for raw materials, components, and accessories related to office furniture manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Handle and review import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).</p></li><li><p>Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.</p></li><li><p>Monitor customs clearance and ensure timely delivery to the factory.</p></li><li><p>Calculate and control import costs (freight, customs duties, insurance, and related charges).</p></li><li><p>Ensure imported materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments.</p></li><li><p>Prepare periodic reports on import activities and shipment status.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with local and international import regulations.</p></li><li><p>ACI On NAFZA </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the Cargo X system is necessary to aid the seller and review submitted documents if required</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Very good at English writing and speaking</p></li><li><p> Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Import logistics management, preferably in the garment and apparel industry or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Import documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations is essential.</p></li><li><p><strong>Competencies: </strong>Strong understanding of Import logistics processes, including transportation modes, INCO terms, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p></li><li><p>Follow up Import shipment performance from suppliers within the agreed-upon timeframe. </p></li><li><p>Customs clearance time: Average time taken to clear impoet shipments through customs, measured in hours or days. </p></li><li><p>Transportation cost savings: Total cost savings achieved through negotiation of freight rates, optimization of transportation routes, and consolidation of shipments.</p></li><li><p>Documentation accuracy: Percentage of import documentation completed accurately and submitted error-free to facilitate customs clearance and shipment processing. </p></li><li><p>Shipment tracking accuracy: Percentage of import shipments tracked accurately throughout the transportation process, with real-time visibility of shipment status and location. </p></li><li><p>Compliance audit results: Results of internal or external audits assessing compliance with import regulations, documentation standards, and quality management systems.</p></li></ul><p></p>
