Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – IPO-Track Leadership Role<br>About the Role:We are seeking a strategic business leader — not a traditional finance executive — to serve as CFO and guide the company through IPO preparation and beyond. The ideal candidate combines strong integrity, sound judgment, and high professional ethics with the ability to earn the confidence of the Board, shareholders, investors, and financial institutions. Excellent bilingual (Arabic/English) communication skills, proven leadership of large, multi-country finance teams, strong analytical/data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation are essential — along with the executive presence to perform effectively under pressure during the IPO process.<br>Professional & Industry Experience:25+ years of progressive finance experience, including 10–15 years as CFO or Deputy/Group CFO in a large organization.
