* المهام الوظيفية:-1 – الإمساك بكل مفاتيح و دفاتر الحركه المانيوال و رخص السيارات بحيث تكون عهدته ، و لآ تخرج من عهدته إلآ بمستند خروج و بعلم موافقة ادارة الحجوزات 2 - عمل جرد دائم و مستمر على كل المفاتيح و الرخص و دفاتر الحركه الخاصه بكل السيارات3 - الامساك بكل الملفات و الدوره المستنديه المتعلقه بإدارة التشغيل و الحركه و تنفيذ نظام حفظها و اهلاكها او تدشينها.4 - دراسة ملف السيارات المتوقفه بالجراج المحرر من مساء اليوم السابق مع ملف الديللي ووركDaily work  صباح كل يوم و مطابقتهم على واقع السيارات المتوقفه بالجراج و التى هى خارج الجراج لأى سبب من الأسباب.5 - ادخال كافة بيانات التشغيل و الحركه على الملفات الخاصه بذلك على الكمبيوتر 6 - مراجعة كافة السيارات يوميا من حيث ارقام الكيلومترات و البنزين دفتريا مع الواقع الفعلي لكل السيارات.7 - استلام اوامر ( البيع )  التشغيل اليوميه و التعاون فى تنفيذها مع مدير الحركه و التشغيل.8 - استلام و تسليم كافة اوراق التشغيل من و الى منسقين الاستلام و التسليم و السائقين9- متابعة كافة السيارات المتواجده مع السائقين بالجى بى اس لعمل الكونترول اللازم على كل السائقين ، وكذلك متابعة كافة السيارات المتواجده مع الإداره الهندسيه أو مع العملاء وقت أن يلزم ذلك.10- قبل مغادرته لمقر الشرمكه يجب أن يتأكد تماما من أن السعاه قد أدوا عملهم على أكمل وجه من حيث نظافة مقر الجراج أرضيات و مكاتب و حمامات و كل شىء يخص الجراج.11- التأكد ان خطه العمل المنسقة من اليوم السابق قد تمت علي اكمل وجه و نتابعه اي تغيير قد يطرأ علي مدار اليوم12- مساعده مدير التشغيل في جميع مهامه و الانابه عنه  في حاله عدم وجوده ابلاغ مدير الحركة بأي مشكله قد تطرأ علي مدار اليوم او اي تغيير في خطه العمل<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 2</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>رخصة القيادة: خاصة</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

Analysis and monitoring of customer accounts: Prepare Aging Reports periodically (daily/weekly/monthly) and analyze overdue accounts. Coordinate with the sales and collections departments to implement collection strategies and reduce bad debts. Implement and monitor approved credit policies for customers. Carry out necessary reconciliations for customer accounts, including settlements of discounts granted (trade discount, cash discount, bonus) and expenses that may be deducted from their balances. 4. Inventory and returns: Record and process sales returns of frozen food after verifying their condition and conformity with return policies. Monitor related inventory balances (such as return stock) and reconcile any variances arising from sales and returns. Monitor exemptions that may arise from returns of frozen products and their accounting treatment. 5. Compliance and procedures: Ensure all sales and collection activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax laws. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide documents related to customer accounts and revenues. <h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم بالفيوم عن وظيفة مدير مدرسة (إعدادي – ثانوي عام – ثانوي فني)</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">قيادة وإدارة المدرسة وفق المعايير المحددة لوظائف الإدارة المدرسية، والإشراف على العملية التعليمية، وتحقيق جودة الأداء المؤسسي، بما يتوافق مع المعايير القومية للتعليم واللائحة التنفيذية لقانون التعليم.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>القيادة والإشراف المؤسسي:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">قيادة العملية التعليمية والإدارة المدرسية وفق المعايير القومية ومبادئ اللامركزية والإصلاح المتمركز حول المدرسة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دعم أدوار جميع العاملين وتحقيق التكامل بين فرق العمل داخل المدرسة.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>عمليات التعليم والتعلم:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية بناءً على تحليل نتائج المتعلمين والبيانات والإحصاءات ونظم التقويم.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تهيئة بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومحفزة للإبداع والتحسين المستمر وجاذبة للطلاب وأولياء الأمور.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>ضمان الجودة والاعتماد:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على تطبيق التقييم الذاتي ونشر ثقافة الجودة داخل المدرسة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التأكد من توافق أهداف الخطة المدرسية مع احتياجات المتعلمين وأولياء الأمور والعاملين، وبما يتوافق مع اللوائح والتوجيهات التربوية.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>التنمية المهنية:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دعم وحدة التدريب والجودة ومتابعة تنفيذ خططها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">توفير الموارد اللازمة للتدريب بالتعاون مع مجلس الأمناء والمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تحفيز العاملين على التطوير المهني وإتاحة فرص تنمية متكافئة للجميع.</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>المشاركة المجتمعية:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشجيع مشاركة المعلمين وأولياء الأمور في مجلس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دعم مشاركة المجتمع المدرسي في اللجان والفرق والأنشطة الهادفة إلى تطوير المدرسة.</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهارات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف الإدارة المدرسية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة وفقاً لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة <strong>فوق متوسط</strong> على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة للتقدم.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط العامة والخاصة، والالتزام بالمهام الوظيفية الواردة بالقرار الوزاري رقم (164) لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، والقرارات واللوائح والنشرات المنظمة للوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون المتقدم من شاغلي وظيفة <strong>معلم أول (أ)</strong> أو ما يعادلها على الأقل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يتم شغل الوظيفة بالاختيار وفقاً لإجراءات وأسس الاختيار الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية والقرار رقم (1764) لسنة 2020.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">مدة شغل الوظيفة سنتان قابلة للتجديد.</span></p></li></ul>
