Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement technical implementation, customization, integration, and support, including proven experience in a technical lead role. • Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps. • Advanced development experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web API, REST/SOAP services, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server. • Proven experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions/APIs, PCF controls, ribbon commands, client-side scripting, and reusable technical components. • Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse security model, connectors, environment management, and ALM. • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP, contact center, portal, payment, middleware, and third-party enterprise systems. • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps. • Solid understanding of solution architecture, security roles, field-level security, data governance, performance optimization, and environment strategy. • Experience with data migration, data quality, integration mapping, and reporting using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, Power BI, FetchXML, SQL, or Dataflows. • Ability to prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, code review reports, and production support handover documentation. • Prior experience working in Egypt or supporting Egypt-based enterprise/government clients is preferred; Arabic language capability is an advantage. • Strong leadership experience in coordinating distributed technical teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft implementation best practices and project delivery standards. فياتريس مصر ش.م.م فياتريس هي شركة رعاية صحية عالمية تتمتع بمكانة فريدة لتجسر الفجوة التقليدية بين المستحضرات الجنيسة والعلامات التجارية، حيث تجمع بين أفضل ما في الفرعين لمعالجة الاحتياجات الصحية عالميًا بشكل أكثر شمولاً. بمهمة تمكين الناس في جميع أنحاء العالم للعيش بشكل أكثر صحة في كل مرحلة من الحياة، نحن نوفر الوصول على نطاق واسع، حاليًا نزوِّد أدوية عالية الجودة لحوالي 1 مليار مريض حول العالم سنويًا ونلمس كل لحظات الحياة، من الولادة إلى نهاية الحياة، من الحالات الحادة إلى الأمراض المزمنة. لقد تم إدراجنا في عدد من قوائم الجوائز التي تُظهر الأثر الذي نحدثه. كل يوم، نرتفع إلى التحدي لإحداث فرق وهنا كيف سيلعب دور (مهندس مرافق أول) أثرًا:ملخص المنصب: المهندس المرافق الأول مسؤول عن الحفاظ على تشغيل مرافق الموقع ونظم الكهرباء بشكل موثوق ومتوافق وفعّال لدعم عمليات التصنيع وفق أحكام GMP. الدور يدعم الصيانة، استكشاف الأخطاء، المشاريع، أنشطة الامتثال وتحسين الطاقة.الكفاءات الفنية/الوظيفية/المهنية الخاصة بالوظيفة:<ul><li>إعداد وتحديث وصيانة إجراءات التشغيل والصيانة وطرق استكشاف الأعطال لأنظمة المرافق لضمان تشغيل الأنظمة ضمن حدود التشغيل المعتمدة باستمرار.</li><li>ضمان التشغيل المستقر والمتوافق لجميع أنظمة مرافق الموقع، بما في ذلك التوزيع الكهربائي، مكافحة الحرائق، الفراغ، البخار، المياه المعقَّاة، BMS، EMS، وغيرها من مرافق GMP ذات الصلة.</li><li>تطبيق ممارسات الصيانة والاعتمادية التي تُحسن أداء المعدات وتقلل من الأعطال وتحافظ على توفر المرافق.</li><li>تقديم الدعم الفني لتعديلات المرافق والترقيات، وأجهزة القياس، وأنظمة الأتمتة، PLCs، منصات SCADA/BMS، وأنظمة التحكم ذات الصلة.</li><li>قيادة أنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء للمرافق والنظم الكهربائية باستخدام تحليل تقني وتحقيقات السبب الجذري لحل القضايا ومنع تكرارها.</li><li>ضمان تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة المرافق بما يتوافق مع متطلبات GMP ومعايير EH&S وتوقعات سلامة البيانات وإجراءات فياتريس.</li><li>دعم التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية من خلال الحفاظ على أنظمة المرافق والوثائق الهندسية بحالة امتثال وجاهزة للفحص.</li><li>تحديد مخاطر التشغيل والسلامة والامتثال والاستمرارية واتخاذ الإجراءات في الوقت المناسب للسيطرة عليها أو التصعيد عندما يلزم.</li><li>الإشراف على أنشطة صيانة المرافق والتأكد من إكمال صيانة وقائية وتنبؤية وتصحيحية بشكل فعال.</li><li>الحفاظ على الرقابة والتوافر على قطع الغيار الحيوية المطلوبة لتشغيل المرافق والنظم الكهربائية.</li><li>المتابعة مع المقاولين والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان جودة العمل والامتثال والتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب.</li><li>دعم إجراءات التغيير وتحديثات SOP والانحرافات وCAPAs وأنشطة التكليف والنسخ الاحتياطي واستعادة الأنظمة وأنشطة دورة الحياة للمرافق.</li><li>دعم المشاريع الرأسمالية وتمثيل عمليات المرافق أثناء المراجعات وتنفيذ المشاريع والتكليف وانطلاق التشغيل.</li><li>تحديد وتوصية بترقيات النظام وفرص التحسين الرأسمالي المطلوبة للحفاظ على موثوقية المرافق والامتثال.</li><li>دعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تقليل استهلاك الطاقة وتحسين كفاءة تشغيل المرافق.</li><li>دعم أنشطة صيانة المباني وتحسين بنية الموقع عند الضرورة.</li><li>الحفاظ على تنسيق وثيق مع الإنتاج والجودة وEH&S والتحقق وغيرها من وظائف الموقع لدعم تشغيل الموقع بسلاسة.</li><li>إدارة صيانة ومصاريف تشغيل المرافق، بما في ذلك متابعة الميزانية والتنبؤ ومراجعة الانحراف وتقييم المخاطر.</li><li>دعم التغييرات التنظيمية والأنشطة عبر الوظائف وتعيينات الهندسة الإضافية بناءً على احتياجات العمل.</li><li>متابعة مؤشرات أداء المرافق ومقاييس الهندسة المرتبطة بموثوقية النظام، الامتثال، تقليل فترات التوقف، استخدام الطاقة، وحالة التدقيق.</li></ul>الخبرة والمعرفة:<ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو تخصص هندسي ذو صلة.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في وظائف المرافق والهندسة ضمن بيئة تصنيع دوائية وفق GMP.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات GMP وممارسات الهندسة الدوائية.</li><li>مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفهية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية</li><li>خبرة في إدارة المقاولين وموردي الخدمات والمشروعات الفنية.</li><li>مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة مع فرق عبر الوظائف.</li></ul>في فياتريس، نقدم رواتب تنافسية ومزايا وبيئة شمولية حيث يمكنك استخدام تجاربك ووجهات نظرك ومهاراتك للمساعدة في إحداث تأثير في حياة الآخرين. فياتريس جهة توظيف تعطي فرص متساوية.الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح<ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو تخصص هندسي ذو صلة.</li><li>خبرة 3-5 سنوات كحد أدنى في وظائف المرافق والهندسة ضمن بيئة تصنيع دوائية GMP.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات GMP وممارسات الهندسة الدوائية.</li><li>مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفهية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية</li><li>خبرة في إدارة المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات والمشروعات الفنية.</li><li>مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة مع فرق عبر الوظائف.</li></ul>
