Responsible for doing required Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical breakdown to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition. Ensure of applying PepsiCo electrical Engineering standard as per last version. Study the electrical related KAIZENs and ensure implementation of approved ones. Ensure implementation of (PeMM) PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology standards to achieve external PeMM assessment score targets. Manage and control his team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs. Qualifications Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree (Electrical or Automation Engineering majors) Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the same field. PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, Serialetc.) Strong in English - written and spoken.
